The job is for a Bilingual Account Manager working remotely for Valatam. Requirements

- Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree
- A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
- Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
- A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone
Responsibilities
- Update team members' placement status in internal databases to ensure accurate records of placements
- Update VA Manager on new placements and coordinate placement logistics
- Identify upselling opportunities and present placement opportunities to team members, confirming their interest in the role and updating their availability before sending information to clients
- Close upselling deals by sending potential profiles by email, introducing team members to clients, scheduling calls, and onboarding sessions
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of productivity have been accomplished and gather customer testimonials and referrals
- Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Act as a point of contact for complaints from clients, escalate issues as appropriate and act as an intermediary and problem solver for existing accounts assigned to you
- Give updates on recruitment searches to clients when applicable and participate in meetings with management to discuss project performance
- Discuss upselling opportunities with Trial, HR, and Recruitment departments to identify potential candidates for each position
- Manage relevant email accounts and calendars, schedule meetings, generate reports, and update databases as needed
- Provide feedback to Trial, Recruitment, and HR departments on team member performance and client satisfaction
- Establish clear client retention goals and promote the value of our services to ensure client retention and satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)
