At this point, Zelh is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our logistics client team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist to manage transactional billing processes and customer documentation uploads. This role will primarily work within the McLeod system and support the warehouse’s weekly billing functions. The ideal candidate will also serve as a backup for an existing team member and assist with various responsibilities as they are identified during training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transactional billing using McLeod, our transportation management system.

  • Perform dedicated weekly billing for our warehouse operations through McLeod.

  • Handle Proof of Delivery (POD) requests from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Upload PODs and invoices to customer-specific websites and portals in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Serve as a backup for Aleksandra, including covering key tasks in her absence.

  • Participate in ongoing training and take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with billing or accounting processes preferred.

  • Familiarity with McLeod software is highly desirable.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.

  • Ability to adapt to new responsibilities and work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the logistics, warehousing, or transportation industry.

  • Previous involvement with customer portal uploads and documentation processing.

Working conditions:

  • Work schedule: Mon-Fr 8 am - 5 pm EST with flexibility
