We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! Are you a detail-loving AP pro with a knack for supporting multiple moving pieces? If so, we’d love for you to join our dynamic Accounts Payable team! We don’t just work here, we help millions of people find connection, love, and happiness every day.
**This position is hybrid and will require three days in our Dallas, TX office**
In this role, you will:
- Assist with vendor onboarding, ensuring data accuracy and smooth setup
- Review P-card transactions for accuracy in coding and policy compliance
- Work in coordination with accounting, business and finance teams
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement and payables process
- Maintain high standards for accuracy, timeliness, and service
- Work on additional projects as needed
You’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong organizational skills — you’re the type who loves a checklist
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
- Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are your friends)
- A proactive attitude and curiosity to learn new things
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
