Admin VA (Execution & Systems Manager)
🔹 Responsibilities:
• 📥 Monitor and route emails (filter for bookings, pitches, media leads)
• 🧾 Maintain CRM system with chart pulls, birthday tags, follow-up reminders
• 📅 Manage calendar availability (sync with bookings, update as needed)
• ✍️ Assist with landing page layout in Kajabi (framework first; creative VA polishes graphics)
• 📤 Publish podcast episodes (upload files, enter show notes, cross-post to YouTube and audio platforms)
• 🔁 Update weekly execution plan by Friday or Monday 10 AM
• ✅ Complete assigned SOPs or highlight what’s needed
• 🧠 Cross-reference chart pull activity with nurture sequence gaps and send personal follow-ups
🔹 Required Strengths:
• Strong with admin systems, written communication, and checklists
• Confident with copywriting, SOP interpretation, and client-facing email replies
• Works best with clear expectations, deadlines, and templates
• Learns new tools quickly with guidance (Descript, Kajabi, etc.)
