We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our team with lead management, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling renter leads, prequalifying potential clients, and ensuring accurate data entry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and organize renter leads through various platforms and databases.
- Prequalify leads by gathering essential information and assessing potential clients.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and the real estate team.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support day-to-day real estate operations.
- Maintain proper documentation and track lead statuses for reporting and follow-ups.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive.
- Previous experience in prequalifying leads and booking appointments is a plus.
APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED:
- Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools (Docs, Drive, Calendar).
- CRM systems (knowledge of real estate CRMs is an advantage).
- Online scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly).
- Basic data entry and spreadsheet management.
