Overview: You’ll serve as the operational right-hand to our CEO, managing timelines, systems, and vendor coordination for a strategic 4-phase growth initiative. Your work will enable our leadership, team, and partners to move faster, with more focus and clarity.
Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional project execution (ClickUp or Wrike)
- Coordinate team deliverables and timelines
- Monitor progress across multiple project phases
- Facilitate weekly reviews and prep materials
- Create and maintain SOPs for recurring workflows
- Support delegation, documentation, and communication for the CEO
- Ensure alignment between vendors and deliverables
APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED
- ClickUp or Wrike (required)
- Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
- Slack + WhatsApp for internal comms
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel a must
- Bonus: experience working with financial systems, QuickBooks Online, or course/coaching-based businesses
