About the Role
Capella Space is seeking a motivated and self-managed engineer to own, manage, and administer our suite of business application platforms.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization particularly Finance, Accounting, and Operations to ensure our business systems support both day-to-day workflows and long-term growth.This includes maintaining and improving ERP and CRM platforms, integrating systems, supporting users, and leading application-related projects.While prior experience with platforms like NetSuite and Salesforce is beneficial, we also offer the opportunity to develop deeper expertise and hands-on skills in ERP administration and customization.
Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our business application stack, including ERP and CRM tools.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and contribute to the overall roadmap for business applications.
- Configure, maintain, and upgrade ERP systems to support operational and strategic goals.
- Design, implement, and maintain system customizations, including scripts, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user roles.
- Manage system integrations and support data flow across platforms; troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity.
- Provide user support and training across various departments, ensuring optimal use of the business application suite.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues, including escalation to support channels.
- Support application testing and rollouts for bi-annual ERP platform releases and system upgrades.
- Develop, document and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, usage, etc.
- Responsible for managing user access review, change management controls for financial systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration.
- Additional valuable knowledge areas: Accounting, NetSuite Reporting, Suite Analytics Connect and Tableau, ITAR/EAR, Advanced Manufacturing, MES, MRP, QMS
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite ERP Administrator
- Oracle NetSuite Administrator Certification, Oracle NetSuite Suite Analytics, Suite Foundation and finance user certification a plus
- Experience/aptitude for creating/maintaining custom Suite Scripts, workflow, bank integration, SFTP setup, REST and SOAP API set up and supporting other customizations.
- Experience with spend management, procure to pay and finance planning tools like Adaptive or other tools.
- Ability to dive into the data, highly proficient with SQL, Java Script and advanced Excel Data manipulation.
- Experience developing and maintaining custom reports, configurations and permissions.
- Experience managing data integration from and to finance enterprise applications.
- Quick learner, adaptable to change in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good verbal and written communication
- People skills, be able to work in team environments.
- Strong problem solving, multi-tasking, detail-oriented skill and strong teamwork mindset.
- To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Capella Employees must be a U.S. citizen, lawful U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce, as applicable. Compensation
The annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $83,300 - $110,377. The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.
