We partner with over 250 airline, hospitality, cruise, passenger rail, and financial services companies worldwide to create new revenue streams and customer experiences. Our solutions help partners increase revenue and improve customer experiences. We also operate Loyalty by Points, a Plusgrade company. It makes loyalty program currencies more useful for members and generates revenue for travel companies. We offer quick integration, white-label solutions, direct revenue streams, and models with no upfront costs or risk. Our technology provides intelligent targeting and loyalty program integration to drive year-over-year revenue growth.

We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Montreal, with offices in Toronto, New York, London, Dubai, Tel Aviv, and Singapore. In 2022, we acquired Points. UpStay is now part of our hospitality business, and Oaky operates as Oaky by Plusgrade, expanding our solutions for hotels. We develop AI-driven pricing and fulfillment products, backend systems, and scalable software solutions, integrating our platform with partner systems.
