The Job
We are looking to add an Art Director to our global team of individuals. Our team is passionate and committed to the pursuit of creative excellence and understanding consumer + client needs. If you are a person who loves the rewarding challenge of building a brand and is motivated by the responsibilities below, we want to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
- Executing strategic campaigns, bringing the desired vision to life through style guides, in-situ design iterations, decks, mockups, and final deliverables.
- Able to take high-level direction, client direction, and produce engaging creative.
- Raising the creative bar with each iteration, analyzing the work with data wherever possible.
- Delivery - completing work from briefs, multiple conceptual directions, campaign assets, and retrospectives on project work.
- Presenting to and collaborating with Client Stakeholders to drive campaigns.
- Adopting mechanisms, and making decisions that improve the approach to campaigns.
- Lead, inspire, and develop teams to broaden their awareness with campaign opportunities.
- Lead performance marketing and growth marketing.
Necessary Skills and Experience
- At least 8 years of professional experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
- A strong portfolio which illustrates conceptual thinking and high fidelity execution.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding in designing for mobile digital advertising platforms.
- Mentoring and coaching.
- Rigorous attention to detail.
Nice to Have Skills and Experiences
- BA/BS Design or related field
What to Expect
- This is a contract role to start, as the need increases we may convert this to a full-time role.
- The rate for this role is based on experience. Hours are variable but anticipating 25-30/week with potential for full time.
- This is fully a remote opportunity and work with individuals across the globe. While part-time responsiveness is expected in EST Hours - production and work hours can be flexible. If converted to full-time, it is expected to be working and available during EST.
