What You’ll Do

  • Think strategically and develop innovative approaches to drive sales and revenue growth in the pharma advertising sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Travel frequently to meet clients, cultivate partnerships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of advertising campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Utilize your energy and drive to work relentlessly towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for strategic thinking and a desire to challenge the status quo.
  • Proven experience in sales or a deep understanding of the pharma advertising business.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain client partnerships effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and live on the road to nurture client relationships.

  • A self-driven and motivated individual who enjoys taking ownership and going the extra mile.
  • Sales experience is preferred, but we are open to considering candidates who can demonstrate their potential to make a significant impact at Healthgrades

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $83,580 - $110,000 + Commission

*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
