Job Overview:

As an Associate, HR Technology & Analytics, you’ll help shape the employee experience through data, systems, and process enhancements that support our growing global workforce.

This associate-level role is a great fit if you’re looking to deepen your HR technology and analytics experience in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. In this position, you’ll support the Senior Manager of HR Technology & Analytics and partner with teams across HR, IT, and the business to help maintain data accuracy, improve systems and processes, and deliver reporting that supports smart, people-focused decisions. You’ll have the opportunity to build your skills with tools like UKG and Power BI, contribute to meaningful projects, and grow your impact as we scale and modernize our global HR systems

Key Areas You’ll Support:

  • Data Integrity & System Accuracy: Run regular audits and use automation tools to keep employee data clean, consistent, and up to date across all HR systems. This includes managing job code creation and supporting bulk and ad hoc data changes.

  • Reporting & Insights: Assist in the building of and enhancement of dashboards and on-demand reports that surface meaningful insights across hiring, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning. Also assist with pulling existing, standardized reports as needed.

  • System Support & Optimization: Collaborate with HR and IT to troubleshoot system issues, document resolutions, and implement enhancements that improve daily workflows and the user experience. Handle high-volume access reset requests as part of ongoing support.

  • Process Documentation & Self-Service: Maintain and refresh internal guides, process documentation, and knowledge base content to support a strong self-service culture for employees and managers.

  • Data Collaboration & Analytics: Partner with the Senior Manager, HR Technology & Analytics and the Business Insights & Analytics (BIA) team to ensure data integrity, contribute to scalable reporting, and support firm-wide people analytics initiatives.

  • Tech Enablement & Innovation: Stay current on UKG feature releases and industry trends; help test and implement new tools and capabilities that modernize and scale our HR systems.

  • End-User Support: Serve as a go-to resource for HR tech questions—providing helpful, timely support and training to ensure users feel confident and capable in our systems. This includes managing and tracking Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) requests.

What You’ll Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an HR support or HRIS role, ideally within a professional services or global organization.
  • · Exposure to HRIS platforms (UKG strongly preferred), with interest in learning more advanced configuration and integration concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, UKG Analytics, Power BI, or similar); familiarity with dashboard creation is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and an interest in improving data quality, process efficiency, and user experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to support cross-functional teams.
  • Enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and digital self-service solutions.
