M32.ai builds AI‑powered tools that automate workflows for SMBs and enterprises. We ship quickly, talk to users daily, and obsess over measurable impact. You’ll join a tight, founder‑led team turning 0 → 1 ideas into revenue‑generating products.
The Role
You’ll partner with the founder, designers, and engineers to translate root user problems into delightful, data‑driven solutions. Expect to:
▪️ Gather insights—run user interviews, dig into analytics, map JTBDs and pain points
▪️ Draft lightweight PRDs, define success metrics, and keep the scope laser‑focused
▪️ Manage sprints, write tickets, QA features, and remove blockers
▪️ Coordinate design hand‑offs and ensure pixel‑perfect implementation
▪️ Launch, instrument, and analyze—iterate based on retention, activation, and revenue data
▪️ Document learnings, keep the roadmap current, and share progress with stakeholders
Outcomes
Outcome 1: Ship High‑Impact Features
▪️ Deliver at least one user‑facing release every 4–6 weeks that hits agreed KPIs
Outcome 2: Tight Feedback Loops
▪️ Cut feature‑to‑insight cycle time to <14 days via structured user testing and metrics dashboards
Outcome 3: Scalable Processes
▪️ Create clear templates for PRDs, spec reviews, and experiment tracking that let the team move 2× faster
