Für unsere deutsche Gesellschaft suchen wir einen BID- & Partnermanager (m/w/d), der unsere Wachstumsstrategie aktiv mitgestaltet und den Marktauftritt entscheidend prägt.

Stellenbeschreibung

#YourMission

Bid Management

  • Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung komplexer Ausschreibungen mit großem Projektvolumen

  • Steuerung interdisziplinärer Taskforces (Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Nearshore-Teams)

  • Entwicklung von Angebotsstrategien, Kalkulationen und überzeugenden Präsentationen

  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Stringenz und fristgerechter Abgabe aller Angebote

Partner Management

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines starken Partnernetzwerks (Technologie- und Implementierungspartner, Systemintegratoren)

  • Identifikation von Synergien und gemeinsame Marktstrategien mit Partnern

  • Verhandlung von Rahmenverträgen und Kooperationsvereinbarungen

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Sales und internationalen Einheiten

Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bid Management oder Partner Management in der IT-/Consulting-Branche

  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Steuerung komplexer Ausschreibungsprozesse (RFI, RFQ, RFP)

  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Strukturierte, durchsetzungsstarke und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein ausgeprägtes Netzwerkdenken
