Your role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers navigating the insurance audit process. Your mission will be to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience through professional communication, timely issue resolution, and expert support. All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.

In 3 Months, you will be:

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email.
  • Serving business owners, agents, and bookkeepers with questions or concerns related to insurance audits.
  • Demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism when handling complaints or conflicts.
  • Accurately recording and relaying information to ensure audit timelines and standards are met.
  • Providing timely responses and support to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve complex issues.

What you need to be successful:

  • 1-2+ years of customer service experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Able to work Monday through Friday, between 8AM and 6PM MST.
  • Strong phone and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and databases
  • A confident, professional, and self-motivated demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive and solutions-oriented attitude

Your Compensation:

Our salary ranges are based on competitive market data for our industry and are part of a total compensation package that includes benefits and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual compensation is determined by qualifications, experience, location, and internal equity.

This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $13.50 – $18.00 per hour.
