We are seeking a highly analytical and solution-oriented Reporting & Business Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.
You will be the go-to expert for reporting, performance metrics, and data storytelling, building trusted relationships across departments to uncover opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and automate reporting processes. We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, business acumen, and excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

You Will:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated dashboards and reporting solutions using Excel, SQL, Tableau (or Power BI) and Salesforce Dashboards to track business KPIs and operational performance.
- Lead deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes, trends, and improvement opportunities, presenting clear and impactful insights to business leaders.
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) for key metrics and performance frameworks across multiple functions.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to align reporting needs with strategic goals.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into clear data problems, and proactively recommend reporting or analytics solutions.
- Support strategic initiatives by building performance measurement models and decision-support tools.
- Champion a data-driven and continuous improvement culture, identifying opportunities for reporting automation and process optimization.
- Build and nurture trusted partnerships with business leaders, enabling collaborative problem-solving and strategic alignment.
You Have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or reporting roles.
- Strong command of SQL, Tableau (or other visualization tools), advanced Excel (VBA is a plus) and Salesforce (SFDC) Reporting and dashboards, and Snowflake.
- Knowledge of using Smartsheet for reporting capabilities is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and ability to translate complex data into business stories.
- Experience in report automation, workflow optimization, and performance tracking.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and communicate effectively at multiple organizational levels.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ proficiency required).
- Smartsheet experience and knowledge of project management principles are a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and AI-driven tools is a plus.
