The BDR will be responsible for prospecting and lead generation, qualification, solution presentation, activity management, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Some experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, ideally in the SaaS or software industry
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions and procurement processes is a plus
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Deep desire to understand the big picture behind each prospect’s individual situation

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients, including mid-sized and enterprise-level businesses
  • Initiate contact and create interest in akirolabs' procurement software using various channels such as cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Engage with prospects to understand their specific procurement challenges and needs
  • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) criteria
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of akirolabs' procurement software to potential clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and prospects in CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the development of effective lead generation campaigns
