Position Overview:
Teramind is seeking a Business Intelligence Architect who will be focused on managing and optimizing data systems to support analysis and reporting. This role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights, building dynamic and impactful reports for company-wide visibility, and solving complex data challenges to provide strategic recommendations to leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, and data modeling, as well as experience with BI reporting tools (preferably Looker).
Familiarity with APIs, ETL processes, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Managing data systems architecture to power analysis and reporting
- Transforming raw data into useful and innovative reporting structures to help answer complex questions
- Building robust, compelling, and dynamic reporting that provides insights and visibility across the entire company and empowers business leaders and initiatives
- Analyzing large complex data, finding creative solutions to difficult problems, and providing solid insights and recommendations to leadership
Skills
- Strong SQL experience
- Python development
- Experience with Relational Database management and complex data modeling
- Some experience with APIs and ETL processes
- Some experience with Google Cloud (or similar cloud platform)
- BI Report Building experience (preferably with Looker, but many skills will be transferable from experience with other BI tools)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Advanced English level
This position is an individual contributor position working closely with the Chief Data Officer, and other senior leadership team members. You will not manage a team. Additionally, this position will require considerable overlap (5+ hours daily) with US EST working hours.
