The Global Partner Success team plays a critical role in enabling Thoughtworks to collaborate effectively with strategic partners, hyperscalers (e.g, AWS, GCP, MSFT), and technology (ISV) partners (e.g, Databricks). As we continue to expand and optimize our partnerships, we are strengthening our operational capabilities to drive efficiency, maximize influenced revenue, and align with broader business objectives.
As a Partner Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the operational execution of our partner strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners. This role requires strong analytical skills, process optimization capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including business development, client leadership, finance, and marketing, to ensure that partnership operations run smoothly and align with Thoughtworks’ strategic goals.
Job responsibilities
- Support the execution of partner programs, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Analyze partnership data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in the management of partner funding processes, ensuring compliance with partner requirements and timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Maintain and update partner portals, CRM systems, and internal databases to ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
- Support internal teams by providing relevant partnership insights, connecting stakeholders, and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of partner operations through process enhancements and automation.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations to communicate partnership performance and impact to leadership.
Job qualifications
Technical Skills
- Advanced english.
- Analytical Thinker: strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to drive insights and recommendations.
- Process-Oriented: experience in optimizing and managing operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Technology Proficiency: experience working with CRM systems, analytics tools, and workflow management platforms is a plus.
- Business Acumen: understanding of partnership ecosystems and business operations.
