Key Responsibilities:
Drive business operations through process optimization, consolidation, and reporting.
Support performance management with analysis, transparency, and clear reporting.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial controlling to guide strategic decisions.
Act as an interface across teams, delivering presentations and insights for leadership.
Képzettség
Experience: Several years in business operations, performance management, or financial controlling, ideally within a matrix organization.
Expertise: Strong in financial and performance data consolidation and analysis; knowledge of cloud services or healthcare is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
Technical Skills: Proficient in reporting tools, data analysis software, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Analytical Thinking: Strong with numbers and quick to grasp complex topics.
Communication: Able to present insights clearly and adapt to different audiences.
Proactive Mindset: Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and able to drive projects independently.
