We are looking for a Business Process Consultant to join our banking team.
Responsibilities
Leverage your existing knowledge and expertise to help client meet their challenges
Work with or act as project manager to scope and analyse the area of analysis
Setting project direction and providing project oversight
Interface with business users on functional issues to analyse and define business and functional requirements
Act as a bridge between the business and technology teams
Define testing objectives and liaise with testing teams
Scoping, estimation, project budgets and financials
Show Us What You’ve Got
It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:
background:
1 - 5 years Business Process experience
Agile methodology experience
Experience in Change Management
Financial Industry experience
Skills & Knowledge:
Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch
Strong skills in Process Mapping & Knowledge of BPM
High level of competence with MS Office and Visio/ARIS
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology
You can summarize complex processes and steps in an understandable way
Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills
Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users
You are a creative problem solver with a hands-on approach
Good to show us:
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence is an asset
