Support business leaders by providing Financial Strategic insights;
Ensuring financial (Full Financial Statements - FS) reporting accuracy;
Build FS forecasts / budgets aligned with Sr management strategic guidance;
Monitor budget execution, analyze variances, and support decision-making to enhance profitability and efficiency;
Monitor and optimize the Cost of Funding, working closely with Treasury and Finance teams;
Develop financial models to evaluate revenue streams, profitability, and cost efficiency;
Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Strategy teams to improve models and unit economics;
Track and report key financial KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement;
Work with the Consolidation teams during budget season ensuring accurate financial planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
Relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector or Investmenk banking;
Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis;
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other financial software;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal;
Fluency in Portuguese and English, Spanish would be a plus;
Experience in the Brazilian Financial market (essential).
