Job description
Identify and pursue new private trucking fleets to generate revenue for PFNZ
Conduct platform demos for potential and existing private fleets
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing fleets to ensure their satisfaction and retention
Work with our team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the Company’s CRM system (HubSpot)
Collaborate with marketing initiatives to enhance sales presentations, proposals, and collateral
Provide feedback to the developers on service enhancements
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services
Be involved in setting company strategy, direction and plans to help PFNZ maximize its potential
Minimum of 2 years of success closing private trucking fleets to haul 3rd party freight
Minimum of 3 years of experience in carrier sales for a brokerage
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical (Excel) and problem-solving skills, and self-starter working remotely
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools (preferably HubSpot)
Willingness to travel as needed
