Job description

  • Identify and pursue new private trucking fleets to generate revenue for PFNZ

  • Conduct platform demos for potential and existing private fleets

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing fleets to ensure their satisfaction and retention

  • Work with our team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the Company’s CRM system (HubSpot)

  • Collaborate with marketing initiatives to enhance sales presentations, proposals, and collateral

  • Provide feedback to the developers on service enhancements

  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services

  • Be involved in setting company strategy, direction and plans to help PFNZ maximize its potential

  • Minimum of 2 years of success closing private trucking fleets to haul 3rd party freight

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in carrier sales for a brokerage

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical (Excel) and problem-solving skills, and self-starter working remotely

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools (preferably HubSpot)

  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • Pluses:

  • Bachelor’s degree
