Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief of Staff to join our executive team at Keller Executive Search. This pivotal role will serve as a trusted advisor and operational leader, working closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, enhance organisational effectiveness, and support the continued growth of our executive search practice. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison across all business functions while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Support & Leadership

  • Partner with the executive team to develop, implement, and monitor strategic business initiatives
  • Facilitate executive decision-making by providing analysis, insights, and recommendations
  • Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion
  • Serve as a key advisor on organisational structure, process improvements, and operational efficiency

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution of business processes
  • Monitor key performance indicators and business metrics, providing regular reporting to leadership
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity
  • Coordinate and manage executive communications, both internal and external

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as primary liaison between executive leadership and internal teams
  • Manage relationships with key clients, partners, and external stakeholders as required
  • Represent the executive team in meetings and strategic discussions when appropriate
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across all business functions

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Support talent management initiatives and organisational development efforts
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence across the organisation

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in senior management, consulting, or similar strategic roles
  • Proven track record in executive support, project management, or business operations
  • Experience in the executive search, recruitment, or professional services industry preferred
