Job description
Do you have experience in a B2B SaaS or a fintech environment?
Can you measure, audit, and drive performance across different teams?
If so, we have a remarkable opportunity for you!
Our client is based in the vibrant city of Dubai, but with the flexibility of a global reach, our client is a leading entity specialized in FinTech solutions and pioneering technology.
The Chief Of Staff Role will serve as the control tower across all workflows — driving execution, enforcing discipline, and ensuring alignment between OKRs and delivery processes.
Your tasks will include:
- Lead recurring cross-product reviews (5 product lines) to track velocity, identify blockers, and maintain delivery quality.
- Implement and maintain sprint burndown analytics, capacity plans, and delivery dashboards to create transparency and consistency.
- Extract and analyze time-vs-output data to drive accountability and optimize resource allocation.
- Own postmortem processes, root cause follow-ups, and enforcement of SLA compliance across engineering, QA, and product teams.
- Ensure team OKRs stay aligned with company goals; track progress and drive accountability on delivery metrics.
- Manage tactical operations for SAFe 6.0 cycles—owning preparation, follow-up, and closure activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Track hiring/firing gaps, manage operational workflows for performance reviews, and surface capacity risks proactively.
- Build scalable templates and repeatable rituals to ensure engineering operations run predictably and efficiently.
To be a good fit for the Chief of Staff role, you will have:
- 5+ years in engineering operations, Chief of Staff, or technical program management roles
- Proven success in B2B SaaS or fintech environments
- Background in consulting firms, military operations, or formal PMO functions
- Deep familiarity with Agile delivery, capacity planning, and sprint discipline
- Fluent in Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Google Sheets, and dashboard creation
- High-detail, high-discipline operator with a bias for clarity and execution
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-backed decision-making
- Zero tolerance for ambiguity; thrives in structured, high-accountability teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Keys to Success:
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reasons to join:
- A vibrant and innovative work culture encouraging creativity and teamwork.
- Vast opportunities for professional advancement and skill enhancement.
- Flexible work arrangements and the potential for international work exposure.
- permanent contract or B2B contract
