We are a fast-growing technology platform focused on the circular economy. Our mission is to replace single-use packaging with reusables in everyday life, making a positive impact on the environment. As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff to support our executive team and help drive key initiatives forward.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Chief of Staff to act as a key partner to the executive team. This role will blend business analysis, communication, and administrative support. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as writing memos, managing communications, performing data entry, and updating business documentation. You will also assist with business analysis, ensuring operations run smoothly across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Communication (40%)

  • Draft and circulate memos and internal communications
  • Organize and manage the executive’s inbox, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Join and take notes on calls with internal and external stakeholders

Business Analysis & Operations (40%)

  • Update and maintain business documentation, including pricing sheets
  • Conduct business analysis to support executive decision-making
  • Organize and manage admin manuals and other operational documents

Administrative & Data Management (20%)

  • Perform data entry and ensure accurate, up-to-date records
  • Maintain systems and documentation for smooth operations
  • Coordinate with teams across time zones to ensure alignment

Onboarding Timeline

30 Days

  • Shadow the executive team and internal operations
  • Familiarize yourself with current systems and processes
  • Begin taking on minor tasks and communications

60 Days

  • Take over executive support functions and inbox management
  • Manage updates to pricing sheets and operational documents
  • Begin handling business analysis tasks

90 Days

  • Fully manage executive support and business operations
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team
  • Propose and implement process improvements

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (graduates from Ateneo de Manila University or Institute of Technology programs encouraged)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle both strategic and administrative work effectively
  • Comfort with business analysis and data management
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools
  • Ability to work PH hours with at least 3 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (morning or evening)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in business analysis, executive support, or Chief of Staff roles

  • Prior exposure to sustainability or tech-focused environments
