Our services include pre-sales activities, client project management, and global sourcing of high-quality apparel and accessories. We manage sourcing from development through vendor coordination and cost negotiation, ensuring we meet quality, timeline, and margin goals.

We also work to improve our internal technology, designing and managing initiatives that simplify systems, enable self-service, and integrate AI, automation, and digital tools to enhance the employee technology experience.

For eligible revenue-generating positions, incentive compensation, including uncapped commissions, may be available. We also offer flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and flexible onsite schedules, depending on location. Some roles prefer candidates near BDA offices.

Base salaries are determined by location, skills, education, and experience, taking into account pay equity and internal equity. For example, some roles have salary ranges of $68,000 to $72,000 or $100,000 to $110,000.
