Client Servicing Executive
Full Time Job, Shift (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST), Remote Possible.

Our Mumbai office has an expansive portfolio spanning multiple digital first OTT campaigns across different Indian languages, and high-profile theatrical, gaming and ed-tech campaigns as well as content production.
We’re looking for a Client Servicing Executive with a can-do attitude, a creative POV and a passion for entertainment design. The right candidate is also very well-organized and meticulous in nature, paying attention to the smallest of details—which is a necessity to perform this role while working closely with Graphic Designers.
Serve as the bridge between clients and internal creative/adaptation teams. You’ll manage project communication, timelines, feedback cycles, and ensure seamless workflow across teams for large-volume adaptation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as main point of contact for client communication, daily updates, and project feedback.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and briefs with design teams.
- Track project progress, flag risks or delays, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Document and relay client feedback to design teams for quick action and resolution.
- Generate status reports, update trackers, and ensure transparent communication between client and internal teams.
- Support onboarding and workflow training for new hires as project scales.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years’ experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination, preferably in design, creative agencies, or OTT adaptation projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (US client-facing).
- Highly organized, strong multi-tasker, and able to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
- Experience with large-scale, high-volume projects is a plus.
- Willing to work night shift (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST).
