About the role
Behind many of life’s most important transactions — buying a house, applying for a mortgage, getting a small business loan, or refinancing a credit card — is a network of credit relationships. Setpoint provides critical infrastructure for relationships between the world’s largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. We’re building trust in this system of credit. Setpoint also uses this infrastructure to provide collateralized debt facilities to businesses. This role will focus mostly on the technology side of the business.

This role reports directly to the Director, Capital Solutions.

What you’ll do
- Client Management: Lead project management efforts for multiple customer implementations, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Implementation Planning: Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to assess the scope of work and develop the delivery milestones and timeline
- Milestone Tracking: Use internal systems to track progress, uncover blockers, and work internally and externally to ensure timely product handoffs
- Workflow Optimization: Analyze current Implementation processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
You should have
- 4+ years in consulting, strategy, banking, enterprise technology, or related client facing experience
- Adept project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Innate problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate change and ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting implementation plans as needed to meet evolving client needs
