About the Role

As a Community Management Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our efforts to engage and empower our agent network through area-based WhatsApp Groups (WAG). Each intern will take ownership of one area’s WAG and help make it an active, supportive, and insightful space.

Job Description

  • Set up and manage a WhatsApp Group for your assigned area

  • Engage actively with members in the group chat

  • Brainstorm and execute content strategies tailored for the community

  • Work with the team to run offline meet-ups and events

  • Collaborate with different business units at Amartha to make sure the community adds value across the board

  • Eager to learn and grow

  • Comfortable with copywriting and crafting messages that resonate

  • Outgoing and love meeting new people

  • Fast responder (you’ll mostly work remotely!)

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
