Description
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the activities of the company comply with local, state, and
national laws, including ethical standards and regulatory policies.
Requirements
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversee the development of a coordinated compliance and ethics program to ensure the organization鈥檚 compliance with any applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor, interpret, and communicate changes in federal, state, and local regulations affecting the company.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate cross-functionally to establish and maintain policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Regularly review and update policies to reflect changes in the compliance landscape.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities. Develop mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work cross-functionally to develop compliance training programs to employees, ensuring that all employees (and contractors, as appropriate) have a clear understanding of compliance obligations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and execute a comprehensive compliance monitoring and auditing program; regularly assessing the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead and coordinate compliance-related investigations as needed, maintaining objectivity and ensuring a fair and thorough process.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work cross-functionally with various teams, including Legal, Human Resources, and Finance, to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into their respective processes.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in law, business administration, or a similar discipline
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prior experience working as a compliance manager or in a similar position
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in industry trends, laws, and regulations
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent written and oral communication skills
