Team mission

The Connectivity Team ensures seamless customer access to travel experiences via API integrations with leading reservation, ticketing systems, and channel managers.

As Connectivity Support Team Manager, you’ll manage Connectivity Support Specialists and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Supply, and connectivity providers, focusing on support tasks.

Your mission:

  • Lead a team of 8 Connectivity support Specialists, provide strong leadership and foster their professional growth and development.
  • Define team metrics and priorities and ensure execution against targets.
  • Drive continuous improvements in our operational processes. Initiate and oversee projects aimed at establishing and refining operational workflows.
  • Manage cross-functional projects with key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Supply,  Connectivity, and Sales teams.
  • Own and manage ad-hoc projects and high impact initiatives focused on scale and automation to drive growth and innovation in our Supply Services.
  • Drive the overall strategy of the Connectivity support function, ensuring alignment with our broader organizational goals.

What sets you apart:

  • An experienced people manager with a background in operations in a high performance environment, ideally in a marketplace.
  • Proficient in creating and optimizing processes, particularly in fast-growing environments.
  • Able to identify trends, create actionable insights, engage senior stakeholders and lead cross functional projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize, manage, multi-task and execute projects multi-functionally.
  • You have an affinity for technology; proven experience with APIs.
  • Proficient in working with Looker, Datadog, Kibana, Confluence.
  • Flexible and adaptable - both integrations and their processes will develop over time.
