What’s the opportunity?
We seek a Consolidation Accountant to join our Consolidation & Reporting team. In this role, you will deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting that supports strategic decision-making across the organization. You’ll work with large volumes of financial data and collaborate across teams to ensure compliance with IFRS and internal control standards. This is an opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong consolidation and multi-currency reporting experience, and is eager to optimize processes and support audit readiness.
What will you be doing?
- Prepare and support the monthly consolidation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial submissions to the SEC.
- Deliver financial analysis and management reports that inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors by providing necessary documentation and support throughout audit cycles.
- Drive process improvements across consolidation and reporting functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What skills do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting or consolidation; experience at a Big Four firm is a strong plus.
- Proven expertise in multi-currency consolidation and international reporting.
- Solid understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls.
- Strong command of IFRS; experience with SEC reporting is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with tools like Power BI, SAP, and LucaNet is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
