Remote position (only for professionals based in LATAM)

Part-time position

We are seeking a skilled CRM Manager to join one of our client’s CRM team. The ideal candidate will have a robust knowledge of the Braze platform and a proven track record in customer relationship management and digital marketing strategies. This role will involve collaborating closely with the CRM team to design, implement, and optimize targeted marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the CRM team to understand business needs and objectives, translating these into effective Braze campaigns.

- Design and implement robust marketing campaigns using the Braze platform, focusing on automation, personalization, and customer journey enhancements.

- Conduct A/B tests and other performance tests to improve campaign outcomes.

- Train and support team members in using Braze features and best practices.

- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in all campaigns.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience with the Braze platform or in a similar digital marketing/CRM role.

- Proven experience as a Braze consultant or in a similar role with direct hands-on experience in campaign management using Braze.

- Strong understanding of CRM strategies, digital marketing, segmentation, and data analytics.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws relevant to digital marketing.
