Responsibilities
Provide prompt and efficient customer support via chat and phone.
Accurately and effectively address customer inquiries, including how-to questions and troubleshooting technical issues.
Build strong customer relationships by delivering an exceptional and personalized support experience.
Contribute to continuous process improvement and identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction.
Native or bilingual proficiency in French.
Advanced English language skills.

Strong computer literacy and technical aptitude.
Being based in Greece or being willing to relocate
EU Passport holder (essential for relocation support).
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
