Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our growing Customer Success Team. You will deliver high-quality data insights for client solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support governance reporting. A key element of this role is contributing to ongoing enhancements in reporting and insights within our product and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Visualization and Reporting: Create insightful visualizations and reports to support business insights and deliver performance data reporting.
  • Client Engagement: Gather information, provide updates on investigations, and build client governance reporting.
  • Deep-Dive Analysis: Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and feedback to identify trends and opportunities. Make data-driven recommendations and handle follow-up queries.
  • Data Collection and Integration: Design and run ETL processes for clean, accurate, and consistent data.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the Product team to support requirements gathering and validation to drive automation and product improvements. Support testing of solutions. Collaborate with Customer Success/Delivery Managers and Key Account Managers to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as churn, engagement, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Statistical Analysis and Predictive Modelling: Perform statistical analysis and create predictive models. Segment customer data to support client-driven engagement strategies.
  • Data Integrity and Security: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with team members.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years in data analysis or business intelligence roles with customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is beneficial.
  • Experience in payments and authentication is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Experience with automation tools.
  • Experience working with customer data and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
