Job description

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote; can work on weekends; CST time zone

Job Type: Independent Contractor, Full-Time

Salary Range: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:0 PM CST, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST, or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM CST (40 hours/week)

Location: Remote; open globally, preference for candidates with U.S. customer service

Role Overview:

As an Orders Team Associate, you’ll play a key role in managing the flow of customer orders from start to finish. This includes verifying the customer’s shipping details, placing incoming orders, and maintaining accuracy in every transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify incoming customer orders with speed and precision
  • Maintain accurate data entry and record-keeping in the company order management system
  • Communicate order status and resolve discrepancies or delays as needed
  • Ensure timely and error-free order fulfillment

Must-Haves:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with order or inventory systems (training provided)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce, fulfillment, or customer service
