Whatโ€™s your role?

As a Customer Success Manager, you help our most strategic customers thrive with FinDock. You build strong relationships, earn trust, drive adoption, and ensure measurable results. You lead the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion and renewal, and help shape how Customer Success scales with processes and tools that set customers and partners up for long-term success.

Your day-to-day:

  • Guide high-profile customers through onboarding, implementation, adoption, expansion, and renewal

  • Provide proactive guidance based on customer priorities and use cases

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners

  • Spot risks early, create improvement plans, and manage escalations and red accounts

  • Lead Business Reviews and share insights that shape product and processes

  • Turn customer success into stories, references, and best practices

Requirements

What makes you a great fit?

Experience: 5+ years of Customer Success in SaaS. You know what it takes to make enterprise customers successful. Salesforce or payments experience? Big plus.

Skills: Youโ€™re a great communicator:ย  friendly in tone, tenacious in attitude. You feel at ease with both business and technical audiences. Project management, partner coordination, and

Mindset: You take ownership, be pro-active, stay ahead of risks, and thrive on helping others succeed. Youโ€™re curious, calm under pressure, and always looking for ways to improve. You care deeply about trust and know success is something you build, not just manage.
