Responsibilities

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic customers
  • Provide ongoing support and training to customers
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product development team
  • Monitor customer health metrics and drive renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Track and report on customer success metrics and KPIs
