Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic customers
- Provide ongoing support and training to customers
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product development team
- Monitor customer health metrics and drive renewals and upsell opportunities
- Track and report on customer success metrics and KPIs
