Summary
The job is for an Incident Resolution Manager who will resolve problems of retail and corporate clients effectively. The role involves communication with suppliers, clients, and working with CRM systems and internal databases. English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level is required, while knowledge of other languages like German/Spanish/French/Italian at B2 level is beneficial. Requirements
- Knowledge of English on at least Upper Intermediate level

Responsibilities
- Rapid and effective resolution of both retail and corporate clients’ problems, sent to you as requests through the CRM system
- Advising clients on all matters concerning bookings and our product
- Communication with suppliers, hotels and clients by email and phone
- Working in CRM systems and with our internal databases
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of German/Spanish/French/Italian on at least B2 level
