ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Demand Generation Specialist to spearhead the creation, execution, and management of our comprehensive global demand generation activities. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing and Operations, you will drive initiatives across various campaigns and events, with a keen focus on achieving pipeline targets.
Create, manage and lead the Demand Gen Campaign Hierarchy including Product led, Vertical, Intent and 1-1 ABM campaigns as well as events with the objective of contributing to the MQL and pipeline targets.
Own the campaign calendar and associated delivery dates
Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of DG campaigns and activity
Brief and co-ordinate the work of internal parties and external agencies, such as content producers, designers, animators and editors and creative agencies.
Write, edit and proof read copy for promotional materials such as advertising and email
Deliver regular reports of campaign results against the objectives and evaluation of KPIs
Ensure accuracy and completeness of assets and provide formal sign off where necessary
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven track record of running successful global campaigns that have driven measurable pipeline growth.
- Strong experience of full-funnel marketing strategies, ABM and sales alignment.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., SFDC, ActiveCampaign, 6sense, PathFactory).
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a scale-up, global environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with running paid social, display, and search advertising is desirable but not required.
