The Director, Enterprise Marketing will lead COMPLY’s pipeline growth strategy from top of funnel awareness through conversion to pipeline and bookings. You’ll design and execute marketing and thought leadership campaigns, manage budgets, leverage marketing automation/CRM tools, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps with a specific focus on COMPLY’s growing Enterprise business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and optimize the performance funnel: awareness → engagement → pipeline
- Implement data-driven strategies, dashboards, and ROI metrics specific to Enterprise sales
- Close collaboration with SVP, Enterprise Sales to measure and refine all marketing initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, product, marketing
Core Qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS/FinTech marketing
- Proven success scaling demand programs and revenue pipeline
- Tech proficiency: Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, Salesloft, Qualified, AI-curious
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
- ABM, content marketing, events and paid campaign experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in financial services
- Proven track record of Enterprise marketing
- Webinar/event strategy
$110,000 - $120,000 a year
The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $110,000- $120,000 plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.
