The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and self-starting Director of Marketing to grow our North America Commercial funnel. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a strong partnership with sales, can balance strategy with execution, and is keen to work within a vibrant ecosystem at the intersection of Marketing and IT buyers. You’ll be responsible for driving the pipeline in our largest market segment.
📍 This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States or in Canada (Toronto, ON, or Vancouver, BC).
What You Need to Succeed:
- Develop a segment marketing strategy aligned with global objectives, ensuring effective throughput across the full funnel.
- Create, resource, and execute campaigns, including digital demand, events, webinars, and ABM.
- Leverage a partner ecosystem to amplify marketing efforts, reach more prospects, accelerate existing pipeline, and identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, customer account and SDR teams to ensure marketing efforts drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth, in support of delivering customer acquisition, expansion and retention goals.
- Integrate customer and market insights into the development of creative strategies and marketing programs.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for continuous improvement and to ensure that the ROI on marketing spend is maximized.
- Establish and agree operating budgets by working closely with the leadership team and implement effective controls to maintain marketing expenditures within budget.
- Work with product marketing and development to feed input into the product development pipeline and future roadmap.
- Keep abreast of services, products, applications, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends.
- Represent the company at major events, analyst and partner meetings, and any other relevant business and sales and marketing activities.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience.
- Knowledge of the broader web market landscape, competitive environment, and trends.
- Experience marketing to both IT and Marketing personas, and supporting a multithreaded buyer journey.
- Proven ability to build and directly execute marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- A strategic thinker who enjoys being hands-on, in the thick of it
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and customer success counterparts.
- A creative, proactive and dynamic self-starter and builder.
- A resourceful approach, ensuring that marketing resources are being utilized in order to maximize productivity and goal attainment.
- Commercial data-driven mindset with experience using marketing automation. Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Looker and 6Sense a plus.
- Ambitious and motivated by growth. Driven to succeed – attaining and exceeding goals and KPIs.
- Able to communicate effectively and create strong relationships with people, regardless of their role - adapting communications to audience needs.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is as follows:
- United States: 185,000-215,000 USD
- Vancouver, BC & Toronto, ON (Canada): 175,000-185,000 CAD
This position also offers a performance bonus dependent on company performance. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
