As an Ecommerce Sales Associate Intern, you will play a vital role in driving sales through our online platforms while gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the ecommerce store, focusing on product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Engage with customers via live chat, email, and social media to provide support, answer inquiries, and drive sales.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and develop strategies to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
- Assist in optimizing the product page content, including descriptions, images, and SEO elements, to improve visibility and user experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and social media channels.
