  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • History of maintaining organized records, well-documented and prompt communications, and diligent note-taking

Responsibilities

  • Implement and coordinate tutoring programs for hundreds of students
  • Track student progress on both individual and groupwide scale
  • Provide quality customer service to families
  • Ensure effective delivery of Special Education academic services
  • Deliver programs and initiatives for students and school district partners
  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions
  • Conduct conferences with stakeholders to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments
  • Foster an environment of open communication with students and parents for effective conflict resolution
  • Handle other tasks as-needed to ensure high-quality services are delivered
  • Actively support and oversee Tutor Me Education Regional Operations
  • Provide virtual administrative support to Regional Operations
  • Ensure time management in compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in speaking Spanish
  • Thorough grasp of K-12 teaching methodologies
