Responsibilities
- Implement and coordinate tutoring programs for hundreds of students
- Track student progress on both individual and groupwide scale
- Provide quality customer service to families
- Ensure effective delivery of Special Education academic services
- Deliver programs and initiatives for students and school district partners
- Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions
- Conduct conferences with stakeholders to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments
- Foster an environment of open communication with students and parents for effective conflict resolution
- Handle other tasks as-needed to ensure high-quality services are delivered
- Actively support and oversee Tutor Me Education Regional Operations
- Provide virtual administrative support to Regional Operations
- Ensure time management in compliance with company and regulatory requirements

- Thorough grasp of K-12 teaching methodologies
