Your career as an Event Marketing Manager at Booksy will give you the opportunity to shape our local market presence and connect directly with our vibrant community.
Working as a pivotal part of our US Marketing team, reporting to the Director of US Marketing, you’ll be at the heart of our local growth initiatives. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end management of local events, from tradeshows to ambassador-led gatherings and community activations, ensuring they align with our global brand and drive measurable acquisition and activation results. You’ll be a self-starter who thrives on collaboration and possesses a keen analytical mindset. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure event goals align with broader business objectives and customer needs. This means you’ll be developing business cases for event activities, managing sponsorships, and meticulously reporting on performance and impact.
Compensation: $100,000-110,000 USD
Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role, you’re going to need:
- You’ll need proven, hands-on experience in event management, communications, or marketing.
- A proven track record in organizing and executing successful local events, such as tradeshows, ambassador-led events, and community activations.
- Strong background in event sponsorships and managing external relationships.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously and adhere to budgets.
- An analytical mindset with experience in measuring and reporting on event success and impact.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in event management tools and platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, etc.) is a plus.
