Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Content Creation: Convert X posts and written content into engaging Instagram posts, carousels, and other social media formats to amplify our brand presence.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and oversee subcontractors for various tasks, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. This is ad-hoc, not managing most of our client projects, but one-off projects that support the overall business development.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Assist in creating and documenting SOPs to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Data Entry & Research: Conduct research for client projects, market trends, or competitor analysis and perform accurate data entry to support reporting and decision-making.
- Talent Recruitment Support: Aid in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent, including posting job listings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
Additional General Tasks:
Calendar & Email Management: Schedule meetings, manage appointments, and handle email correspondence to keep the founder organized.
Client Communication Support: Draft professional emails, follow up with clients, and maintain CRM updates to ensure smooth client interactions.
Project Coordination: Track project deadlines, deliverables, and progress for business development projects.
Basic Administrative Support: Handle invoicing, expense tracking, or other administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule social media posts and blog content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, X, etc.) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva)
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp) and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with digital marketing, web design, or SEO is a plus but not required
Comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely
Flexible availability to align with EST (early morning hours preferred but not mandatory)
Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary : $950-$1200
