Job description

Zigzag is looking for a Finance Admin Support to join our team!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and oversee Commissions Receivable
  • Responsible for preparation of reports and posting commission payments
  • Actively communicating with vendors on commissions chase
  • Respond to suppliers concerns through calls/emails
  • Analyze and proactively clean-up ledgers
  • Prepares necessary account reconciliation
  • Performs other tasks as may be required

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree (Finance/Accounting/Business course or equivalent)
  • With experience related to the job is required
  • Preferably knowledgeable in using TRAMADA
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent numerical ability
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • With good verbal and written communication skills and can deal with different kinds of customers
  • Preferably can start immediately
