Zigzag is looking for a Finance Admin Support to join our team!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee Commissions Receivable
- Responsible for preparation of reports and posting commission payments
- Actively communicating with vendors on commissions chase
- Respond to suppliers concerns through calls/emails
- Analyze and proactively clean-up ledgers
- Prepares necessary account reconciliation
- Performs other tasks as may be required
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree (Finance/Accounting/Business course or equivalent)
- With experience related to the job is required
- Preferably knowledgeable in using TRAMADA
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent numerical ability
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- With good verbal and written communication skills and can deal with different kinds of customers
- Preferably can start immediately
