We’re seeking an Influencer Marketing /Creator Manager to take full ownership of sourcing Creators, negotiation, and relationship management to secure Creators for campaigns. This dynamic, fast-paced role sits at the heart of our Partnerships team. You’ll be responsible for identifying the right creators, managing end-to-end negotiations, supporting internal teams with strategic insights, and ensuring you can secure Creator partnerships for every campaign eciently and eectively. You’ll be a critical bridge between Creators, customers, and internal teams—acting as a creative problem-solver, deal-maker, and brand advocate all at once.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Sourcing & Vetting:
- Work with our in-house tools and team to source and vet highly relevant creators for each campaign.
- Ensure selections align with campaign goals, brand guidelines, brand safety, and audience fit.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Sales and Customer Success teams to assess creator budgets and advise on pricing structures that align with commercial benchmarks.
Negotiation & Relationship Management:
- Own creator outreach and negotiations, securing optimal pricing, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with creators and their talent managers.
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and finalize creator contracts, ensuring terms are clear, legally sound, and aligned with the campaign expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized contracting process.
Campaign & Communication Oversight:
- Maintain constant communication with creators and internal teams throughout the preparation and execution of the campaign.
- Anticipate issues, flag concerns early, and act decisively to keep everything on track.
Creator Expertise:
- Stay on top of trends in the influencer and social media landscape.
- Know what makes creators tick and use this insight to enhance our sourcing, communication, and negotiation strategies.
Internal Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:
- Work cross-functionally to provide insights on creator performance, pricing benchmarks, sourcing strategies, and talent feedback.
- Be a team player who elevates everyone around you.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in targetting, handling and building relationships with influencers
- Excellent communication skills
- Amenable to work on a graveyard shift
