The Task At Hand:
As a Financial Analyst, you will support financial reporting, forecasting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results. You will manage cost center reporting across the business, and partner with Marketing and other G&A functions to ensure accurate forecasting. You will develop financial profiles and scenario analyses to support key milestones in the stage gate process. This high-impact role will play a critical part in driving financial visibility, accountability, and performance across the organization.
In This Role, You Will:
• Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analyses to provide visibility into business performance and key drivers.
• Liaise with Accounting and cross-functional business partners to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models and forecasts, sharpening assumptions to drive forecast accuracy and build confidence in operating plans.
• Identify and communicate key risks and opportunities to help achieve strategic and financial goals, enabling proactive decision-making.
• Manage cost center reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional leads on budgeting and forecasting for General & Administrative expenses.
• Partner with Marketing to analyze spend effectiveness, track KPIs, and evaluate ROI to guide investment decisions.
• Support the stage gate commercialization process by developing project financials, business cases, and scenario analyses to guide investment decisions.
• Support annual and long-range planning processes to deliver against our financial and strategic objectives.
• Monitor working capital and other balance sheet KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
• Evolve and implement scalable FP&A processes and tools to enhance data accuracy, streamline reporting, and improve the overall quality and speed of financial analysis.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve financial performance, working with cross-functional teams to drive accountability and operational efficiency.
In This Role, You’ll Bring With You:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• A CPA, CFA, or other advanced certification, a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and business intelligence.
• Prior experience in the CPG industry, a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with financial modeling, conducting profitability and variance analyses.
• Experience with SQL or similar querying language, preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools, preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data insights in a clear, actionable manner to both internal stakeholders and external investors.
• Experience with implementing and using FP&A software, a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms.
• Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we “Farmers” do meet as a company and/or as a department a few times a year. Anticipate possible travel up to a few times each quarter.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, deeply understand business needs, develop a cohesive strategy, and make decisions requiring a high level of judgment.
• Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and Finance preferred.
• Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position.

Compensation:
• Full-Time, Salaried, Non-Exempt
• The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $100,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses, stipends, equity, and role-specific perks.
