Duties
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research each issue and find solutions
Manage incoming and outgoing calls on time
Seize opportunities to sell extra products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and attract customers
Excellent level of French
Advanced level of English
Powerful telephone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
